Is This Really The Least I Will Weigh All Year?

The NY Times article entitled “This Is Probably the Least You’ll Weigh All Year. Sorry.” suggests that for most of us it is, But…it doesn’t have to be!

Let’s start with logic. There are 42 days between Thanksgiving and New Years. If you consider two splurge days for each for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years as well as a party a week for the whole 6 week window, then you still have 30 of the 42 days not to overeat and even to undo some of the debt.
