		<description>When is a calorie not just a calorie is such a thought provoking question.  I can think of several examples,  Basically it&#039;s when the calories stimulate my appetite.  This can happen if I eat the 4 C&#039;s:  Cookies, Cake, Chocolate, and Cream ( I really mean ice Cream)  That&#039;s why I no longer have the 4 C&#039;s in my house.

		<description>Good point Susan.  I do notice that somedays I have trouble putting my food intake on one page in the small white book and that&#039;s usually not because of all the vegies and fruits that I ate :).
