State of the Art Testing

Metabolic Rate – The Body Gem 10-minute breath test precisely measures the calories you burn daily, allowing us to tailor your food plan to a specific weight loss goal as well as your desired target weight.

Body Composition Analysis – The Tanita 300TBF, which allows us to accurately measure your lean to fat mass ratio, is a more predictive risk assessment tool than scale weight alone. It also enables us to measure the success of your muscle building program and to evaluate whether or not the scale weight you are losing is actually body fat.

Food Intolerance Testing – Through ALCAT blood testing, you can find out. If delayed food intolerances are standing in the way of your weight loss, or contributing to fatigue, migraines, skin problems, IBS or arthritis.
