I’m Tired and Wired and Can’t Lose Weight…Help!

IMG_0105Do you feel that something is amiss with you biochemically, but that your complaints are falling on deaf medical ears?  You’re not sleeping, feeling overwhelmed, irritable, exhausted, and seem to have become totally weight loss resistant – but your doctor keeps telling you nothing is wrong or suggests an antidepressant.  If this sounds familiar, then this seminar will provide just the answers you seek.

Finally, a rare opportunity to learn detailed and cutting edge science from two seasoned professionals in the medical and nutrition field – Dr. Tracy Verrico, Gynecologist and DO, and Susan L. Holmberg, MS, CNS Nutritionist. This unique series will examine both biochemistry and lifestyle issues and the very real roles they play in your energy, mood, sleep patterns, appetite, and weight deposition.

This is an active participation, experiential series.  Each week has assignments that lead you to and through each step of the discussions.  So that you can maximize your educational experience, upon registering you will receive a series of questionnaires that will help you to identify your potential areas of imbalance.

Drop ins for individual sessions are welcome (including friends and family members).  However, active participation in the entire series is encouraged for those wanting to identify and correct their chemistry.
